Yoga for the People!

Yoga belongs to everyone and we think yoga should be easier to say "yes" to.

Easier to afford. Easier to try. Easier to walk into for the very first time.

Less intimidating. Less exclusive. More human.

Yoga for the People is Eight Limbs' community access program, built around a simple idea: the more barriers we can remove, the easier it is to say “yes” to, the more people get to experience what yoga has to offer.

Every Sunday afternoon, we'll host a pay-what-you-can community practice. The suggested contribution is the price of a regular drop-in, but it's exactly that: a suggestion. Contribute what you're able, or simply come as you are. No one will ever be turned away for lack of funds, and no explanation is ever necessary.

These classes are also a place for new voices to be heard.

Yoga for the People gives emerging teachers a chance to gain experience, welcomes visiting teachers passing through town, and opens the door for experienced teachers with something unique they’d like to offer.

The result? Sundays become a little bit of an adventure.

Every week will be different, and that's intentional.

Some classes may be energetic and playful. Others slow and grounding. You might encounter breathwork, meditation, philosophy, journaling, or something entirely unexpected.

That's part of the fun.

Yoga is bigger than any one teacher, one style, or one way of doing things.

We're simply creating a space to explore it together. Come curious. Come skeptical. Come exactly as you are.

Every Sunday • Sliding Scale • All Levels • Everyone Welcome

Relax. It's just yoga.
